We understand that travel plans can change. To ensure smooth coordination and fairness for all guests, please take a moment to review our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines below.
All payments made are non-refundable, including the down payment, in the event of cancellation by the client for any reason.
Rescheduling requests may be accommodated up to five (5) days before the scheduled tour date, subject to availability and approval by our team.
Requests made less than five (5) days before the tour date will be considered a cancellation and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
In the unlikely event that the company cancels a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, clients will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of payments made.
